We pride ourselves on the fantastic customer support that we provide… and, in fact, we’re passionate about helping you to be successful!
When you purchase our products, we TRY to make everything run as smoothly as we can – although we’re only human, and sometimes things go a little wrong. BUT, we’ll always be the first to hold our hands up when it does and we’ll be here to support you through it and get you up and running.
OPENING HOURS: Our support desk is open between 9.00am – 5.00pm GMT from Monday-Friday, and you’ll always receive a reply with 24 hours (although usually much quicker). And no, we don’t outsource our help-desk to some third-party company in the middle-east. All support issues are handled right here, by a real person from our team.
